Steve Sorensen, Vice President of ONE Sotheby's International Realty has been in the waterfront real
estate brokerage and development business since 1984. He has a passion for creating and selling
extraordinary waterfront lifestyle investments and in the last 25 years has directed the development
and sales of over $2 Billion worth of luxury waterfront high-rise and estate residences in South Florida.
His most recent mixed-use project delivery is the ONE BAL HARBOUR tower, Bal Harbour, Florida
(pictured below) which was named FORBES magazine's 2008 winner of their 'AMERICA's #1
AMENITIZED SECOND HOME COMMUNITY' award. The project was also named TRAVEL & LEISURE
